Any other analogies that you can think of that people, you could give people of why it's so important to fast?

You know, I'll go back to Daniel again, and that's kind of, when a good foundational book is Arthur C. Wallace, is God's chosen fast, which comes from Isaiah 58. Is this the fast that I've chosen?

And the Lord begins to describe the fast that he's chosen is not religion.
