And this one's been going on for years.

It is the Dan Markell murder story.

For those who do not know, he was an FSU law professor, Harvard undergrad, Harvard Law School grad. He was a rising star in the world of law. He had big, big offers to go to law firms and said, now I want to teach the next generation of lawyers, which is what he was doing at FSU. July 18, 2014, two shots ring out.

He is shot in the head twice and after a long, windy road to justice and police investigation.

You see these three people on the left were all tried.

Luis Rivera had a plea deal.

They're tried and convicted.

Charlie Edelson on the right is the ex-brother-in-law of Dan Markell in the middle. He was tried and convicted in under three hours. That includes the dinner break. And he is in South

Dakota because part of his defense was throwing the Latin Kings gang

under the bus and he's not safe in Florida.

So they've moved him to South Dakota, but he'll be back for the woman on the left's trial,

June 3rd.

That is Donna Adelson, the matriarch of all this.

And you see Wendy Adelson, Wendy with an eye, big day for her. The defense is deposing

her in Austin, Texas. That is Donna's defense. So she is being deposed yet again. And as I said,
