So first, let's just start out by talking about the obvious.

Why am I here on a Wednesday?

I just did a show yesterday,

as I usually do every Tuesday at noon. But I, let's just be real, I hated that show. I hated it.

I had a lot I wanted to say, and like the last 10 minutes, I was like, oh, there's all this

stuff I want to say. And I started like mentally while I was talking, kind of being like,

well, I have to drop that, drop that. Okay, don't say that. Cut that out. What are we going to

talk about? And I just felt I kind of went off the rails.

Talk about being a mindful witch. I felt like I was not very mindful. I felt like I got a little

lost. There were excessive ums, so much umming when I listened back, because I listened back

like maybe, maybe I'm being

crazy I don't know let's just listen back and see how it is I I was like oh it's all right

when I was listening to the beginning of it but then when I got to that 10 minute bark again I was

like oh no I just didn't feel good about it and I didn't want to wait until next Tuesday to pick up where I left off.

I just, I want, there are other things I want to talk about this month, and because I got to a late start in March, I'm just like, screw it, we're just going to do an extra show.
