All right, whether you agree with this or not, here's some good advice for you as a law enforcement officer.

A lot of us in our police departments work with in New Jersey class one, class two, specials, class three specials, other states, part-timers, whatever they want to call them, part-time police officers.

A lot of these people are essentially trying to get to get to this to get you were fortunate you were fortunate

enough to get or they are just that's their job they've discovered they

become a part-time police officer.

I think it's a real good idea that you recognize

that they are on the same team as you

and treat them equally.

Because when shit hits the fan there are another brother or sister in

uniform that could possibly help out and I don't mean just in a fight I mean just in

general I always always treated our part-time police officers, because a lot of

them were just doing it for extra money.

We had a crew that came on from 5 to 11.

They weren't trying to be cops.

They weren't hand jobs.

They didn't act like tough guys.

They had regular jobs and they did that at night for extra money because they made about,

I don't know, 20, 25 bucks an hour to come in and do the work.
