Good. I think that, like, sometimes people will mistake me for a historian, whereas actually

pop history is like sort of a different thing. I rely on historians.

And you are the very first historian I relied on for this show directly, not even as a source,

because I called you when I first got this show and I said,

Hugh Ryan, you're a historian of queer stuff.

And you've written multiple books,

including when Brooklyn was queer and the Women's Detention Center. Is that the full title?

Women's House of Detention. Women's House of Detention. Can you explain the history of homosexuality

and how it is perceived to me? And then you very kindly did. So, nice, small, easy questions. Yeah, yeah, exactly. It was over in five minutes, and that's why several years later, I'm bringing you back on to talk about it. I met you the first week I was gay. Did you know that? Really? No, I did not. Was this in Chicago? Yeah. Is it where I'm thinking?
