Hi, everybody, and welcome to the Sparkle Stories podcast.

This is Elizabeth of Sparkle Stories.

And I'm going to talk to you about curiosity, because curiosity is an important part of

wonder.

First of all, curiosity on its own is beautiful because it makes the world so interesting,

and it helps us be really strong, deep learners.

Curious people learn things really deeply, and that is a satisfying thing.

As it relates to wonder, you know this month of July, we're talking about wonder, and

curiosity helps us get to wonder.

Like imagine being curious about the little teeny plants in front of you, like the grass

say, and you're studying it.

When you start to notice that it's really not just one type of grass, they're actually

14 or 20 or 30 different tiny little plants right in front of you.

And oh my goodness, doesn't that open you up to some sense of wow.

You see?

Also, I think in the experience of wonder, we become more curious.

So the more wonder we have in our lives, the more we want to be curious about what's

around us.

So curiosity is super good.
