Summary

From the series "Exodus." Exodus 28v1-12. Several chapters of Exodus are dedicated to the clothing and commissioning of the Israelite priesthood, beginning with Aaron. Why is this such an emphasis for Yahweh? Perhaps surprisingly, this is far from a boring rant but a dominant and scandalous biblical theme, culminating in Jesus.

Exodus 28, 1-12, then bring near to you Aaron your brother and his sons with him from

Aaron and Aaron sons, Nadab and Abihu, Elazar and Enthomar, and he shall make holy garments

for Aaron your brother, for glory and for beauty.
