I think as a practical step, it, first of all, it's one I've never heard of before, but

certainly represents this incredible phenomenon of neuroplasticity, because four months sounds

like a bit of time, and yet you were 47 years old, so that's 47 years of accumulated, just

absolutely berating self-talk is what it sounds like.

So it's something that people can, can think about for their own, for their own purposes.

When the stupid things that I didn't, I didn't do, I can't say I'm proud of all the things that I've done.

But I can't say I've never intentionally heard anyone.
