Summary

The crew of the Advantage expedition have successfully captured a new species of deep sea animal, a lifeform unlike anything they have seen before. But there is no time to celebrate. Marion, Marcus and Stephen must rush to determine whether or not the Virgil’s newest addition is somehow still alive, as its thrashes and wails intensify.
