And we were very successful at the site that I managed back in the day when I first got into the hearing.

We didn't let anything get past us because we had professionals there that, you know,

we were getting paid pretty decent money for level two commissioned officers or level two non-commissioned officers.

But regardless of that, I mean, we had our adversity that we had to, you know, wade through, so to speak.

But we still did our jobs to the highest level of degree that we could.

And it seems that that has gone away, that mindset, that integrity level, that just, you know,

you come in, you do your job, you know, whatever, it doesn't matter.

It's gone since COVID, since 2020, since all this bullshit.

Maybe it's been gone for a long time.

I don't know, but at least in my case, I, you know, for the first three, four years of my career,

what I see today did not exist, right?

Maybe it didn't, the upper echelons and the upper levels, you know, of security,

but from my ground level perspective, it wasn't there until really, I saw the devolution of, you know,

security as a whole, because I came up in the guard side, right?

So me seeing what guards are today is just such, like, it's so disheartening, man.

Anybody with a fucking pulse will do, you know what I mean?

And then even at the higher levels like that, the management levels, your client managers, your VPs, et cetera, et cetera,

they don't give a fuck either, they're getting paid some money.

And then even my, like, internally, the folks that I work with, they get paid six figures, don't give a damn.

I mean, it's really incredible.

We got a project that had been laying in the lurch for months, some a year.

And do you think anybody cares?
