Well, what's going on with the SEC?

Like I was looking at this because it's very interesting.

And I talked about this could be an op

to actually give the SEC definitive fucking jurisdiction over stable coins

because they've been trying to do that

and they've gotten like the SEC

there's a lawsuit security exchange commission versus

by Nance Holdings.

And that came down this summer and the US District Court

was like, yeah, yeah, see, can fucking back off because, you know, it's not technically at this point an investment contract, therefore it's not subject or regulatory, regulatory authority of the SEC and but the US District Court was like but you know we'll

keep an eye on this and this isn't this is just temporary ruling.

The feds are like, we got to get control of this shit.

So, and they want to get control of, especially after FTX and all this stuff.

So, the Stablecoin industry, it's funny you'd say that because that's what I've been reading.

Specifically, the SEC wants to get the clause into this.

So that would make an interesting reverse op.

Yeah, they go back and they say, listen,

we have to fucking, that's gonna be security and exchange commission

versus Trump fucking stable coin and the court might have a different opinion on it.

You know, it's a rule.

Then they'll use as precedent for all the rest.
