What you know, Alibis, happy Wednesday. It's Tuesday for me. I'm pre-recorded in this

today because tomorrow, Madaddy has to have some surgery on his legs to open up some arteries

to get better blood flow down there. And so this is the first time he's ever had surgery.

And so I'm going to be there sitting with my mom during and then thereafter. So since

some good Juju, his way, he is a workhorse. He is, let's see, he'll be 70 in April of

next year. But if you follow me on social media, you regularly see me posting pictures

of my dad on ladders and stuff. So he's got to get that fix so he can keep on doing dangerous

stuff, I guess. Anyways, our music fact of the day is about James Taylor. And it's the

meaning behind the song Carolina in my mind, which is one of those songs that I think

everybody around here loves because it's Carolina. Even though he's from North Carolina,

I'm from South. So he explains he was making his first album at Trident Studios in London

just as the Beatles were recording the white album nearby. He said, I realized how lucky

I was to be listening to the Beatles play back and watching their process in the studio.

But at the same time, I was surrounded by this holy host of my absolute idols. I missed

my home in North Carolina. This song captured that feeling of being called away to another place.

And love that song is just so awesome. And a little fun fact, my mom and dad are good friends

with his sister Kate, their buddies. So we, as you know, we're going to be going back. Also,
