I should say walking with two because aren't we all walking together. So I want to just let you know a little bit more about her story. Jerry is a cancer survivor.

Absolutely. Thank you very much. And I was going to say the same thing. These are tools that cancer taught me. But that's why I'm so passionate about sharing it with others because it is these are life tools and life lessons.

That that anyone can learn if if you had that really dark and scary time in your life. So I'm so happy we're finally here.

I am too. I'm really excited to start talking about the rediscover phase.

You might just want to like just take like two, three minutes to tap in on what they're going to hear and release and real line. I know he recorded those a while ago, but just like a little bit about what release is about and what realigning is about.

Absolutely. This and as Janice said, if you haven't listened, go back do a little binging. Let's spend a little time together through this series because it does build on. So that what I found through my journey is, as I said, the emotions were almost heavier for me than was the medical journey.

And so on the release phase, what that says about is recognizing and looking into the dark and naming those feelings that we all get along the way.

And I've talked about everybody's different. Everybody has a different perspective. I dealt with anger a lot. I was of course scared to death and overwhelmed and sad, but, but with me and the type a controlling personality that I have.

Anger was something I had to work through as well, because I felt that I had control in my life when I never really did. So that release stage is just being honest with yourself and recognizing whatever the emotions are whatever they are. They don't have to be all of the list or they can be one or or something else.

But the point is to recognize inside how you feel because as we are diagnosed with cancer, it happens to us, but it also happens to everyone around us.

And what I found was as the empathetic personality that I am, I was spending time making sure everyone around me was okay.

But it was my cancer. And so I wasn't taking care of me. So that's what we talk about in the release stage.

And then we move on to real line where now we've shaken off those as best we can. They never really go away.
