Summary

From the series "Vision 2022: A House of Prayer For All Nations." 1 Kings 18v41-45. There is a kind of prayer that gives birth to new life, and the story of the prophet Elijah instructs us on how to travail, contend, and labor in prayer for those outside of the family of Jesus.

This is first Kings 1841 through 45.

And Elijah said to Ahab, go eat and drink, for there is a sound of a heavy rain.

So Ahab went off to eat and drink, but Elijah climbed to the top of Mount Carmel, bent

down to the ground and put his face between his knees.

Go and look towards the sea, he told a servant, and he went up and looked.

There's nothing there, he said.

Seven times Elijah said, go back.

The seventh time the servant reported.
