In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, amen.

My Lord and my God, I firmly believe that you are here, that you see me, that you hear me.

In the way, St. Maria writes in christ we have every ideal for he is king he is god he is love and we can begin our prayer by adoring our Lord.

And in the way of the cross,

in the contemplation of your passion, we come to terms with what it means to say that you are our king, our God and our love.

It's so helpful for us to contemplate the Lord in his passion. It really gives life to our soul

And there are many ways as we know of contemplating Jesus in his passion, especially during Lent,
