If you were that student that really wanted to constantly raise your hand and ask questions,

they don't want that.

They want to sit down and shut up.

And then I saw it in the corporations.

Remember, I had friends that transitioned in their 40s from being self-employed to saying,

you know, I don't do this anymore.

I'm going to, I want to nine to five.

I'm going to go to a corporation.

And within a month, we're freaking out because the supervisor was like 30.

And everything was robotic.

You were not allowed to leave the script for any reason.

So if you had your own business where customer service you gave your way,

that was not welcome in the corporate world.

They did not want to hear from you.

Now back when I was coming up, it was welcome.

You know, they loved it and put like that.

Or whatever you could bring to the table.

Now it's like, we don't want what you could bring to the table.

You leave that home when you're kitchen table and you come in here and you follow our script.

And if there's someone on the phone that you're trying to help or put into a package or a program or whatever,

do not deviate from this script.

And so when you're someone late 40s, mid 50s and you go to work and you're surrounded by the 30s and 30s,
