And if they called it a mess and they would have to test it the way the medicines are tested.

They said, let's call it something else.

They called it biologic and they made biologics exempt

out testing from safety testing. So you have a product now. In 1986, the vaccine companies went to Congress

and they said, we cannot make vaccines safe. You cannot make it. A certain number of people are going to be killed or injured at that time they had

a DBT. They had declared a complaint.

I was causing brain damage and several

and deaths a lot and lots of children.

And there were hundreds of millions of dollars of lawsuits

against Wyeth and the other manufacturers, they went to Congress and they said,

we can't make money in vaccines because we're injuring so many people and we're going to stop making them unless you give

this exemption from liability, immunity from liability.

Right.

Congress passed the Vaccine Act in 86.

Now you have a project that has no liability so they had to have to that they had no incentive to make it safe.

Not only that, they don't have to test it. And as in fact they have an incentive not to test it because the only way that you can get sued under the Vaccine Act is if you can show that the company knew of an injury

and didn't list it on their manufacturer's cancer.

So it's an incentive for them to know as little about the product as possible.

And then you can't do them and not and then there's no market force to keep them in check.

I guess it's safe because the vaccine is mandated for 78 million kids.

So the industry got together in the in of these manufacturers

said to themselves, holy cow. Now we have a product that has no liability.
