You bring up such a good point about how things change from the weather, you know, like from

freezing to humidity, but what also changes is our bodies.

And that's the question that I wanted to ask you to get, let's be honest, we all gain

weight on the season.

I mean, it seems like the men lose weight and the girls gain weight.

So how do you deal with, we all get fitted in LA, maybe most our listeners don't know that

when we try and close, we get fitted, everything you meet Ella, everything gets fixed for you,

but then as time goes on, you're eating, because you're just eating randomly eating when

you can, might be drinking, there's the stress of your stress eating, we gain weight, how

do you deal with that, especially when it comes to that finale dress?

You know, like everything, you know what, there's so many different things of where there

is different temperatures each time.

And a day where we thought it was going to be sunny and beautiful, it's now pouring rain

or it turned cold, or we weren't expecting cold and now all of a sudden it's freezing.

Or we end up in a location where it's 40 degrees warmer than what we had planned.

You just, you have your contingency plans and you hope that the people you're working
