When you look at where people respond to people, whether

I've heard, oh, I'm colorblind or, oh, diversity is important. And to me, there's

like a history of where I started getting exposed to that conversation, maybe a little bit in high

school, definitely in college, to today where we're talking about access. Can you kind of walk us

through because I still hear people say like, I'm colorblind. I don't see that. And I'm just like a bit gobsmacked. I'm a bit judgy. And I don't know how to respond. Wait, when people say I'm colorblind, they're not actually colorblind, right? They're just saying they're colorblind.
