California, the state now is giving people 20% down to buy a house.

What kind of scheme is that?

I mean, I think I know what kind of scheme it is.

That's a, is that akin to, um, they're going to take an ownership stake in that house.

So if the state's putting in some kind of stake grants, putting 20% in it's not like,

oh, here you go.

Here's, here's a free, you know, X amount of thousands of dollars, they're going to own

that house.
