You fuck up, you start costing the company money, and you put the company's ass in the

wind, so to speak, and you're not bringing in money to make up for it.

You're not going to stick around.

It's very fucking basic.

There's nothing to do with you or anything else.

And when you work for the top banks in the world, you learn that.
