Talking about anxiety, and that is an important one for the guy that has the kids in college and high school.

And I got boys similar ages doing different things.

And addiction is also another part of that anxiety thing

Pretty good

I feel like I have a pretty good grip on some of that now from my own life and you know everybody's in a different situation

But I want to really want to put it out

there because me and my family I feel like we've made some leaps and bounds when it comes to

anxiety depression those types of situations now like you said your young they pay music, and they're really good at that,

and I'm not a musician, but for some reason I have this, but I feel like it's a pretty

uncanny ability to see how things stack up that kind of short out our body in different

ways.

I myself never really had anxiety until about probably 2010 or 11.

And looking back, you know, since I figured out maybe why, it makes pretty good sense.

So for me, anxiety is a deficiency, and it's kind of ironic because you and Maria talked about
