for the fourth of july

went uh... hung around the beach for a while, had some fun tossing the ball around, watching the daughter

running and out of the tide.

Something very, it's an experience that everyone should have this to relieve stress like you know they do that thing where they go

Ah you squeeze a tennis ball or if you pet a cat.

Yeah your blood pressure goes down.

Standing at the beach, first off, the beach

is just, it's a perpetual 72 degrees

and there's a 5 mile an hour wind in your face.
