Hard work is the ultimate equalizer and preparation, things like that.

It's better to put the time in and put the sweat equity than not to.

Anyway, shout out to the red devil girls who are nice enough to stop and meet my wife and myself.

And their coach, good guy, we're going to rock and roll today.

Now, I told her coach, hey, you know what, I was impressed by those,

those lionesses and I'm going to say something about it on the show.

He said, oh, man, they would be really pumped up. I said, I'm going to do it.

But so if they're out there listening to the show.

And they said, hey, this guy is like pretty cool.

You know, he's, he's saying a lot of things and it seems like a nice guy.

And it's such a great thing to have kids out there doing stuff and competing and winning

and being rewarded for their hard work.
