On June 30, 2025, officers from the North Andover Police Department in Massachusetts responded to what should have been a routine domestic call at the home of one of their own. Twenty-nine-year-old Officer Kelsey Fitzsimmons—on maternity leave with her four-month-old son—was being served a restraining order filed by her ex-fiancé amid a heated custody dispute. Moments after the officers entered, the situation exploded.

Fellow officer Patrick Noonan drew his weapon and fired twice, striking Fitzsimmons in the chest. 0:46.5	last week. Now, when I left you last, Kelsey had been airlifted to the hospital. She had to

0:55.3	this time inside of the hospital. And while she's doing that, Justin, her fiance, he allegedly
1:03.1	figured, hey, that will be a good time to break into her house. Steal her laptop, some other things,
1:10.6	and that's where I left off last episode. So picking up,
1:14.5	according to reports, allegedly, he gets that laptop and he goes back to his house, meaning
1:20.6	Justin. And we know he had it because allegedly he connects to the internet at his home.
1:31.0	And when you do that, guess what? There's a track record of that. The IP address is going to show up somewhere. And she is in the hospital this
1:37.1	whole time fighting for her life. Now, a few of the other things Justin allegedly did. He allegedly accessed her Facebook and Gmail accounts,
1:48.2	accessed her bank accounts, withdrew approximately $5,000. He also accessed her medical records,
1:56.4	allegedly, and the beneficiary information to her life insurance. He also canceled travel reservations
2:04.2	that she had already paid for and then redirected those funds into his own account. Now, after
2:12.9	doing all of this, he returns that laptop to her home. And Kelsey is still hospitalized at this point.
2:21.2	And I'm only speculating here, but he probably realized, oh, shit, she's going to live. And I've got
2:29.1	her laptop at my house. And so now I have to go return that. Because I can tell you, initially,
2:35.3	he probably, like everybody else, wasn't so sure she was going to make it. It was very bad for her critical.
2:42.5	And that's just my speculation, but it's the only thing that makes sense to me as to why he
2:48.6	would return that laptop back to her house.
2:52.0	So all told, Kelsey Fitzsimmons spends 53 days in the hospital recovering.
2:57.9	And what is really crazy to me is that during her stay, while she is still in the hospital,
