0:06.0	So in the last episode, part one, 20 things I learned in my early 20s. This is something I wrote on my birthday in 2014, in my blog, Free Spirit Fun, which is the beginning of Lightworkers Lounge podcast. So you, yeah, you know how
0:24.1	people say, like real successful, self-made entrepreneurs say it's the iceberg analogy, right?
0:32.9	Like, you see my success. Yeah, but what they don't see is how long it took.
0:39.0	Like, imagine the people that are just now finding Light Workers' Lounge.
0:42.7	They're probably like, oh man, this girl just started a podcast and gets hundreds of thousands
0:46.3	downloads.
0:47.3	And it's like, no, I've been blogging since January 2014.
0:52.8	So the whole iceberg analogy, you only see this, but what's really happening is this.
0:59.5	And it takes a long, long time of late nights, long hours.
1:06.8	And it's all the things that nobody would ever see.
1:09.9	But then all of a sudden they see Lightworkers
1:12.0	Lounge pop up on their Spotify, they listen to a few podcasts, but what they never do is actually
1:18.3	go back and look at like, holy shit, she's had 300 and something episodes, like, whoa.
1:24.8	Yeah, and I'm still like nowhere near the top 10 podcasts in the world or anything like
1:30.0	that. My downloads are good, but they're not incredible. You're up there though. I'm up there,
1:34.9	but you know, there's a competition. I'm doing my thing. Well, you're just not paying for
1:39.9	ads and I don't have a marketing team yet, but we are going to work on that because I do think it does take a village I think our content is great it just needs a little help which is something I'm working through I agree I agree yeah people just instantly see like a famous singer they're like a lucky break it's like oh no no they've been writing songs they've they've wrote three albums you have no idea about
2:02.5	mixtapes they try and try and try and so I think this really separates what is my soul's purpose
2:08.5	versus what I what do I want to do for a living because I would still record I probably will
2:13.4	record this podcast honestly for the rest of my life because it's so fun well here's the thing is remember
