It is June, after all, I can feel the heat. It's been dialed up a few notches. I've been

practicing hot yoga for a year and a half now in preparation for more heat in the world.

It's one of my training methods for inner calmness.

Because that's the only way you can do it successfully, martial arts prepares you for battle by achieving inner calmness, too.

Like in sports when you're in a zone, if you're calm in the heat of battle, you won't telegraph any of your moves.

Stay calm and relax or die.

The easy, carefree days of a do-nothing you want freedom is over.

We've slipped into an era of freedom through limitation and hardship.

Counterintuitive, but I'm sure you get it.

The ROI is a nice goal for me.

The family that prays together stays together.
