Welcome back to Frank's Beach on the first day that I came back after we are now a publicly traded company.

So before we start and before we go in and I bring in our guest and this is going to be a fire interview.

We are live, is a fire interview, there's so much to talk about. We have Kyle Serafin who by the way

I'm a big fan. I'm not just a small fan. I'm a big fan because he believes in the you know truth is a truth right

and what's right is rarely popular is rarely right. It is actually the mantra that I lived my life by.

And frankly, he just doesn't like silliness. But before we get intoiness but before we get into that before we get in and bring Kyle on and there are times that I do tell Kyle to be the software gentler tile Kyle

But there are other times I'm like, I don't want you to be the solver, gentler one. Why are you being so gentle? But I'm going to take the time

as we start and I'm going to read to you something that is important to me.

And that is for those of you that don't know, I got involved, let me just tell you the story.

I got involved in Frank Speech in 2021. I heard that Mike Lindel was

setting up the steel when he's going to you know do this this network called Frank Speech and I wasn't involved in the beginning other

than I had connections for him to get equipment for less.

So I got a phone call that says, hey, will you help? And I said, yes, I will. And I did. And frankly, they didn't take what could only be described as probably the most generous setup and cost

structure that is out there and they went a different direction. I didn't know why

they went a different direction and I didn't care. I mean, he was doing what he had to do. He set things up. He ran towards the goalpost. And in 90 days, he set up Frank Speech in its original form. Now its original form was built on technology

that frankly was not flawed, it was outdated, and matter of fact it was so

outdated it wasn't serviceable and so I happened to be at the second symposium and I was watching things

that were happening and the feed was locking up and a lot of it had to do with

poor infrastructure and the people that were running things frankly just

didn't know what they were doing. And so I went to Mike and I was like listen you have to

set this stuff up you have to set this buffering up and if you buffer it then you'll have the ability to not have the feed freeze up

and so he said or one of the other guy went to one of the guys in the back and I was like here's what you have to do
