Hey, what's up everyone? This is Jeremiah Roberts, one of the co-hosts of Coltish.

I want to introduce you to this series, which is going to be devoted to a

dialogue that we had with Elijah Stevens, who attends Bethel Church in Reading,

California, and as you'll hear shortly in the podcast Elijah had the blessings of

his leadership to be on the program, but he is not coming on as their official

spokesperson. And then the same token, us having Elijah on, does not mean that we

are endorsing Bethel or his positions as well too, but as we stated in our

initial series that we wanted to be able to continue the conversation and

part of continuing that conversation was to have someone from Bethel to be on

the program. But one last thing I want to state before we get started here is

that we need to set one thing straight. The Bethel movement has not been without

its share of controversy, especially in light of our initial series that we did.

So it is incredibly important to have discernment while listening to this

discussion. The Bible says in First S. Lennians 521 that we are to test all

things and hold fast to that which is good. But I do believe that there is a lot

that I've learned from this discussion. And let's continue the conversation. Go to
