longer than me and has been around the world more times than me. Paul you're very welcome today

we're going to be talking about your flights over the course of 2025 so you've got a very handy

app there that you're showing me.

Tell us about the app and then tell us about your flying record.

I love using this app and merry festive period to you, Simon, and everyone listening.

It's called flighty.

And flighty, so it's flight with a Y on the end, is an app that I log all my flights into.

And it often tells you more than the pilot even knows

it tells you before the plane's about to taxi towards the runway it tells you the delays on route

if there are any it tells you whether you've been on that plane before and which flights you took

when you're on that plane it's a remarkable app and well worth the limited amount of money it costs to buy

it. I'm just fascinated. How does it know that you are on British Airways from Atlanta to Heathrow,

for instance? So if it's British Airways, then they will have sent me an email with my e-ticket.

That e-ticket goes automatically into my calendar, and then flighty reads my

calendar looking for flights, and so it automatically then integrates those flights into the app.

So I don't have to do anything apart from obviously turn up. And the great thing about it is,

it tells you everything from how many flights you've taken, the distance. So I know I've taken 82

flights this year so So far, who

knows, there's a few days left to maybe take another one. I've done 145,000 miles around the
