My name is Mark Ricori, an executive director of the center.

And this week's episode is going to be the audio from an interview I did recently with Joe Edlo. Joseph Edlo is the

director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, which is the part within DHS that deals with green cards and citizenship

and work permits, that whole group of issues, usually it's called like the service side

of the old immigration and naturalization service as opposed to the enforcement stuff. Although, as you'll hear from the

discussion, USCIS does have a significant enforcement role as well, which has been neglected for a long time.

It's a very interesting discussion with Director Edlo, and it's about one hour, maybe a little bit less. So it's definitely
