guest, Richard Epstein, to talk about birthright citizenship. Professor Epstein's a professor at NYU

law school, an emeritus professor at University of Chicago Law School, and a senior fellow at the

Civitas Institute at UT, Austin. And he's written a variety

of books on a whole bunch of subjects. But what's relevant to us is that he has weighed in in a

significant way on the issue of birthright citizenship. He's written an amicus brief for the

Supreme Court decision that was argued last month that we had a kind of a pregame podcast on at the time.

And he has a book out, which is supposed to be coming out, I guess, in a week or two, called The Myth of Birthright Citizenship,
