I am here to promote the city of Houston to these fine African people and to do a bit of business.

I have brought an executive member of the Houston Airport System by the name of Marvin Magu Magu.

People asked me why Mr. Mama Magu has made this trip to Africa with me, the mayor.

The reason is simple and should be obvious to everyone.

The Africans traveling to our city will be arriving via the airport.

That's pretty simple, right?

Also, Marvin is here to broker a lucrative deal for the George Bush Airport gift shops and kiosks.

He has just signed a deal for one million shrunken heads to be sold at our fine establishment.

People asked me why Marvin had to be here to negotiate the deal.

Well, Marvin is a head expert.

Tell me, would you travel to Africa to broker a deal on shrunken heads without a head expert?

Of course not. You would not.

So why would I traverse all the way to Africa without a head expert like Mr. Marvin, Mama Gugu?
