Guy has driven from Morocco to South Africa in a VW Camper Van since his diagnoses, which makes him a perfect person to pontificate on how to take big, adventurous risks when living with the illness.

1:07.1	And then in 2020 he needed for some reason to drive the length of Africa. This epic journey was interrupted by the
1:14.6	COVID epidemic when he had to be evacuated home and then he completed the journey in
1:19.4	late 2022. His book about his trip running on empty has just been published and it's a thrilling
1:26.0	account of one man's battle against the elements hostile border guards potholes and yes
