But with that being said, yesterday I was talking my friend from a Central Jersey department,

I don't want to mention it, he asked me, dude, could you do a video on, like if we pull into a parking line, there's a car

that's occupied, how can we hold up, you know, can you hold them, what can you do, can you let

him go?

And I guess that's a question a lot of people have.

What can you do when you have a car that is occupied that you're stopping to inquire about

what's going on in the car doing what we call a mere field inquiry.
