I'm just on a different level physically and I think a big part of that is is just due to the training

We are discussing Torino Aderadico and Perrinise the dueling stage races that happened last week and end of the weekend

Torino was won by Yonis Findigo in a pretty dominant performance that

Doesn't speak well to anyone else trying to win the Tour de France

will break that down though and then get into Mateo Jorgensen's the young

Americans I would say pretty surprising and impressive GC victory at Perignise.

We actually have Mateo joining us about halfway through the show to discuss his win, so

we're very excited to talk to him about that.

But first, we'll talk about Terreno, what we learned there before getting into Perrinise with with M Manteo.

But Johann, what are your quick takeaways from Trano?

I mean, it got a left, I feel like a little overshadowed by Perry Nees which was a super exciting

geec race that came down to the very end they do that course is so good at

kind of building into the final day a lot can change in the final day you had a

lot of parity at the GC level there.

Torino, it was kind of either a sprint stage. You did out of the time trial at the beginning, which

kicked off the TT helmet fiasco that we live through for the rest of the week, but it's really just

TT sprint and then Yonis dominating the mountain stages.

I mean, what did you take away from this race big picture I was.
