We start in France, where it's more than 24 hours

since the shooting dead of a 17-year-old boy

in the Parisian suburb of Nonte.

Videos have emerged online of a police officer

shooting the boy who's called Na'el

at point-blank range as he was at the wheel of a car.

Now, those images appear to run contrary to an earlier statement

that the teenager had tried to mow the officer down.
