Summary

An 11-year-old girl walked into a Muskogee hospital after giving birth at home with no prenatal care, no doctor, and no nurse. Her mother, Cherie Walker, and stepfather, Dustin Walker, claimed they had no idea she was pregnant. But when a DNA test was run, the results were damning: Dustin was the father.

Now he is charged with child sexual abuse, Cherie is accused of enabling it, and both face multiple counts of child neglect. Six children have been removed from the home, a newborn grandchild is in state custody, and prosecutors say the kids were found living in deplorable conditions.

I was I, I, uh, I was fixated on, on Stacey Chapin for some reason, because I think we were very similar and I've got a, a boy, you know, two boys, um, not far off of Ethan's age. And, you know, I was really fixated on Idaho and the sadness of it really just gripped me. And this story out of Oklahoma that I'm about to tell you, I don't know how it doesn't grip

1:09.8	But I was a young girl. I was a 10-year-old, and I was an 11-year-old. And I remember

1:21.8	fifth grade. And my best friend at the time, Colleen Stromberg and I, used to buy all these
1:26.0	different flavors of Bonnie Bell lip smackers. We weren't even really wearing makeup at that point. We were just
1:31.1	using these Bonnie Bell Lipsmackers. It was basically just chapstick with flavor. And that was
1:38.9	the big thing when I was 10. I remember I had Vidal Sassoon corduroy pants, and I was so small at age 10 that these
1:51.3	pants were like straight, right? No hips. Just, they were tiny little pants. And I had two pairs,
1:58.7	a cherry red pair and a mustard yellow pair, and they were my
2:01.4	favorite pants in the whole wide world. And when I turned like 12, and I started to fill out a
2:07.2	little bit, I was devastated that I was getting fat. These are the memories I have, by the way,
2:11.6	from age 10 and 11. And I say that because there's a story about an 11-year-old I'm going to tell you.

2:28.3	destroyed her life. Her entire family has been blown to bits. She's got five siblings, right?
