Summary
In this week's retrospective episode we are tapping back into some of Lucy's wisdom from the sixth episode of Sober Awkward.
Lucy is all too aware of the negative impact her drinking had on her two daughters but by making the decision to go sober, she is not only undoing a lot of the damage but, she inspiring them as she does it.

| 0:55.6 | You know, someone somewhere here has got to change this pattern for them. |
| 0:59.8 | The messaging there is the wrong message. |

| 1:04.3 | The signal that's being pumped out of that situation is not the right message. |

| 1:10.6 | And someone had to do something. |
| 1:12.8 | Yeah. Had to break that cycle that they were living through which was that it's okay to drink. |
