Her parents are in jail after the child was severely bitten up to 100 times by rats.

An emergency room nurse told investigators that the 15 day old baby had suffered bite

wounds on her arms, face, fingers and hands.

19 year old Erica Stryrock in an 18 year old charled Elliott of Magnolia facing charges

of permitting abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

Investigators say both parents admitted they knew rats were in the house and did nothing

to get rid of them.

The injury is so bad she needs reconstructive surgery on her face.

But this case is about as some people in this world don't need to be parents.
