that live just outside Fort Worth as well. And they are grown. And they are also parents now.

And so you are the proud grandfather of five beautiful

little children. And so as we get into today's conversation, I'm hoping that we can actually talk

a little bit about parenting and how should we view parenting from a biblical perspective.

What is our relationship supposed to be with our child? Is a friend? Is a parent?

Is it a disciplinarian? Is it all the above? None of the above? And then even as you've

transitioned into grandparenthood, yes, you're going to probably be spoiling those grandchildren,

but you still have children to look after, even though they are now parents of children.
