we're working on as parents, things that we're working on as people, and how we are supporting

each other, challenging each other, and like I said, trying to get better

Welcome to another episode of The Daily Dad Podcast.

So look, the reality is like, although the creative professions writing, painting, art, making movies, these are things a lot of people aspire to. There's a cost to them. And one of the costs you see is that those people don't always have the happiest personal lives. Nothing seems to be

shorter than celebrity marriages. Their kids are often troubled. They themselves are troubled.

You know, they're workaholics. They're gone all the time. It's a rough life. And I don't say that from a place of judgment. I mean,

there is something a bit selfish that draws you to want to be an artist. And I don't exempt myself from

that. I mean, not quitting myself with those people, but I'm saying I get it. I've said this before.

It probably is hard to be married.

To me, it's probably hard to be my kid.

And to even get there, I've had to do a lot of work on myself.

So I'm always fascinated and really interested in people who seem sort of defied the odds, who've done it a little bit differently, who have been really successful, even as an athlete, as an entrepreneur, as a writer, as a television personality.

It has done it and they don't seem to have gone crazy. They seem to live relatively normal lives and their family is a priority. I was blown away

a couple years ago. I got this email from somebody's assistant and they said, hey, my client or my boss

is an actor and they're a big fan of yours. They'd like to connect. Is that okay? I was like,
