Do your kids use their cell phones too much? Should your kid even have a cell phone?

Many parents believe their children are addicted to their smartphones and other mobile devices.

And at least half of those same kids, they agree.

According to a recent report from Common Sense Media, 70% of teens check their devices at least once an hour, while 70% of parents do the same.

More than 70% of the teens feel the need to respond immediately.

So should our kids have a phone?

Or, and if they should, how can we be smart about cell phone use when it comes to protecting

our kids?
