my Kroger brand sparkling soda. And yes, I said Kroger brand because hold.

There's something about the Kroger brand and the Costco, Kirkland Sparkling Waters, they're sharp. I need

that carbonation to be sharp. I need it to be crisp. I need it to kind of burn as it is going down

my pipes. And this is doing the job here. So I just needed to get one more sip.

Okay, guys, you might not notice something, but I've got a couple updates that I want to get

into before we get into today's fun topic of the week, which is around a hot take

when it comes to parenting that I want to address and I want to talk about

today in the playground.

But I've got to say first and foremost, I don't know if any of you guys pay attention

to detail, but maybe you see some changes in the background and in the coloring of this show.

I decided to kind of spruce up the shelves here in the background and in the coloring of this show, I decided to kind of spruce up the shelves

here in the back. And more importantly, I decided to actually move my entire podcast space

into my home. If you didn't know, and maybe you didn't, which is fine and fun. But I was actually, my podcast

studio, I was renting a space probably about 10 minutes from here. And y'all remember when I first

started this podcast how I was like, okay, we're going to walk, not run into this playground and

we're going to like have fun with it and like see how it

goes. I noticed that I started getting into a groove when I took the pressure off of this whole show

and what I felt like it had to be and I had all these ideas and creativity for it and I'm ADHD so

my brain spirals and goes in a million directions.
