So what happens if you've got kids and you're in prison?

On this third installment of Prison Week, I visit the women's prison at the main

correctional center to interview a resident there about the difficulty of maintaining

relationships with the outside world, with parents, friends, and kids. And dogs. We also talk about

dogs for about 10 minutes. It turns out the main corrections center is very big on dogs,

and so am I. But for the most part, relationships.

This particular episode is less about policy and more of a one-on-one conversation with

someone in prison about their lived experience, a human interest piece that I think you

will enjoy.
