So, so this week's shout out of the week is actually a fun one because it is to somebody who wrote a review for us about a year ago, talking about how she was becoming an IBCLC and how she loves a podcast. And then she sent me a message on Instagram and saying,

I wanted to share an update to one of the podcast reviews I wrote. And you all read on the

show last April. I was a few weeks into working my way towards becoming an IBCLC. That next week,
