Today's affirmations are parent and family affirmations, and they are in coordination with the episode that just came out this week where my daughter Brooke was my guest on the podcast.

And as we're building a business, so often we focus on the sacrifices and not the rewards of building this business with a significant other and small children.

I am going to say an affirmation.

I'm going to say it out loud.

I'm going to pause giving you time to repeat that affirmation out loud with feeling.

I am building my success for my family. I am committed to being a positive force. I am setting a great

example. I am showing the people I love what is possible.

I am providing an amazing life for my family.

I am living in my word.

I take my business serious and as a result, my family takes my business serious.

I can be committed to my success and be a great parent.

I can be driven and successful and a good partner.

I can be committed and obsessed and make my family a priority.

As I grow myself, I become a better role model.

As I expand, I am setting an example of growth.

Excellence is contagious.

I am showing my family what is possible.

I am so excited to level up the life of my family.

I am in love with my life.

My family is proud of me.

I am an inspiration.

I am building the best life for my family.
