In its second year, Spotlight Dorado continues to uplift and amplify diverse voices to help drive inclusivity

and bridge the gap that exists for Latino and Hispanic filmmakers in the industry.

Further reinforcing McDonald's long-lasting commitment to championing the community's rich culture

through programs that fuel pride and representation.

Marisa Diaz, Chris Gadiere, and Pablo Riasco have been selected as this year's Spotlight Dorado finalists.

Each received a $75,000 production budget to bring their scripture life alongside mentorship

from a roster of industry leaders. The short films will debut in November and the public will be

able to watch and vote for their favorite on www.spotlightdorado.com. In December, the short film

where the most votes will be named the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner will receive a

year-long opportunity to work with McDonald's USA on next year's Spotlight Dorado campaign,

along with a new laptop and one year of industry-standard creative software subscription services.

All three finally as well also be granted entry fees for up to six national film competitions in 2024.

uplifting the voices of aspiring Latino and Hispanic filmmakers in the industry.

episode. It was a special effects for me. I feel so much more comfortable that could move my

face. We were just like, and then it smelled like ass and oh my god. No, that led to extent, girl.

I thought she was like, not only myself, I thought she was the face of my like,

ass of me, girl. I was like, it's definitely cleaner today.
