Summary

Michael Youssef delivers a poignant three-part series on an all-too-common emotion we all experience, loneliness. The dictionary defines loneliness as “being alone,” of “being in a state of solitude.” Yet in our modern society, a person can be among thousands of people and still feel desperately alone. In The Paradox of Loneliness, Dr. Youssef addresses a number of possible causes of loneliness, while offering comfort for the anguish that loneliness causes.
