This finale brought us a couple truly romantic endings, but in true modern Bachelor fashion, even more misery.

It was just like dark chaos. It was chaotic evil was this finale. I don't understand what's happening, but it's bad.

And yet I will say I enjoyed myself during these two episodes more than most of the season because at least things were happening and the chaotic energy was a nice reprieve from just pure tears.

It's like the difference between purgatory and just like emerging from like the trial by a fire. It's like when you're in paradise and it just seems to be endless misery, it feels so hopeless, it feels so claustrophobic.

There's a lot of unpleasant and painful stuff that happens in these episodes, but you're like, it's over now. They're done.

Exactly. It's a bit of a big tort the exit. So let's let's dive in. It's a two night finale with a sort of quote unquote live in studio reunion show slash finale.

But first we get a sort of traditional finale episode. Wells greets us at the bar. It's very cable access late night show vibes. He's like, hey, friends, it's me.

I'm here for another well story time. And then he just recaps everything that we watched all season. And I personally am not wasting my time.

We've done enough recapping. We don't need to go that meta and recap the recap that we already recapped.

So let's get in to the last Rose ceremony day.

Yes, as Logan puts it tonight will be the great divide a complete separation of couples who may just be cute together versus couples who will move across the country for each other and who will live the rest of their lives together.

It's sad to think that at this point Logan thinks that he is probably in the second group. He doesn't know what's coming.

I think there's some just some willful delusion happening. Yeah, this is also when everyone reunites for the cocktail party and Mara is like, well, it is the last possible moment for me to make my exit.

So I will be going now. It's just like eight couples and Mara and she's like, well, I'm actually going to leave as painful of a decision as it is. I think.

I just don't know if there's anyone here for me and it's like, Mara, you're still here.

You got to respect it though. She was like, I'm getting these free vacation days. I will be like taking shots at the bar with Wells.

She had a good time and she didn't come here to get an episode of screen time.

Like, I'm staying until my screen time will solely consist of getting humiliated at the Rose ceremony. At that point, it is time for me to go.
